I grew up in a low to middle income with parents of faith, high morals and strong work ethics.  My husband I are the same and raised our children in the lower income housing area of which we purchased from my parents on a rent to own basis, living within our means.  We both worked to try and get ahead and lived with my fathers financial fitness ethics, “Pay yourself first”.  My father in-beaded this in our minds and that was and is our financial goal, budgeting for all our needs,not  wants and always “paying ourselves first” by putting some $$ amount of money in savings and forgetting about it, any amount $$, just something!  With all this in mind we worked, paid for our heath coverage and had two beautiful children and raised them with Love and attention and especially teaching.  My daughter was reading small words by age 4, both my children knew their alphabets and colors by “1”, my son graduated at 17 due to his academic skills being high and my fear of board-um, I started him in 1st grade at 5, private school in which we had to pay for.  So if we could “Contribute” to society and pay for the “gifts” we created by procreation, then why am I having to support the births of so many children out there that I had nothing to do with.

Children are a GIFT.  If you are a contributor to society and can afford one, then congratulations!  Enjoy your precious little one.

A contributor is by definition, a person that works, pays into our Federal funding and state and local as well, not someone that needs housing assistance. (in which we the contributors pay for)

The BIGGEST Contributors to society are our Military personnel,  (Thank you) with out them where would we be.

We need a new LAW written: When you can afford a child and are not getting assistance for food and housing then you must have an I.U.D if you are women of course and Men that already have children and are getting assistance must get a vasectomy.  Of course they must sign waivers to rights so that no legal issues lay ahead.

Creating Jobs, If we could get this into law, our welfare system, medicaid and housing all would be effected and create jobs as we would have to enforce the I.U.D. and vasectomy status.     Best of all “Child Suffering” would decline!!     What a blessing that would be.

Our Children are our Future!

Poverty would also diminish.
